Energy Boost!

Good Morning! I thought a good way to start off today would be with an Energy Boost! Most parents at the end of the day are usually so tired that after all is done they flop right into bed! Well here’s an energy booster for you today. Even though you definitely may not feel like it get up and do at least five minutes of exercise as you may know by now that any type of exercise gives you more of an energy boost! Also try eating some blueberries today! Blueberries are great! Rich in antioxidant, vitamins, and minerals! They give you a very healthy portion of carbohydrate to keep your energy levels up!

  2. I didn't know that blueberries do that! I have to look more into that. Thanks for the heads up! As for exercise I get at least 30 minutes in like you told us to do before and it helps when I do portion it out like you suggested. I've already lost 10 pounds!
