Critique My Skills

I'm sure almost every parent has had a point and time in their life where someone has critiqued them as a parent. Maybe in their eyes your not feeding, dressing, or nurturing your child to them in the right way. Whether it be physically or mentally. Have you ever had this happen, where no matter what, that someone just had something they needed to say whether it was family, friends, or whomever? And most of all how did you or how do you plan to handle it?

  2. Oh ok there it goes! What I was trying to sayis the main people who are always speakin on others parenting skills are the main ones who need to take parenting class today! And yes I have been through that with a family member and a friend. How did I handle it? I did it by releasing both of those quacks from my life! Worked like a charm.

  3. I don't think that giving people parenting advice is wrong. I'm usually that person always trying to give advice. It's that parents fault most of the time because parents often take advice as critiquing way too much.

@Anonymous Critiqing and sharing advice are two different things. The truth is "waaaay" too many people aren't giving advice properly and it comes off as criticism. Thats what usually happens.

  5. when people do critize all of the time it just shows some insecurity on their part. I've only had one person do this constantly, my sister. I love her but doesnt mean it's right.
