Ice Age: Dawn Of The Dinosaurs

Ok so let's talk movies. Today I am going to take my daughter to see Ice Age: Dawn Of The Dinosaurs! I'm so excited as this will actually be the very first time I will take my daughter to the movies. So I'm actually looking for some advice from all of you out there. Have any of you already taken your little ones to see the movie? And does anyone have any really good tips on how to make this first experience fun and not scary? I will be responding to the answers and advice given to me about this post. Please keep in mind that my daughter is 2 years old. Thanks you guys! ;)

  1. I haven't seen it yet. When you see it can you let us know please? I'm not that much of a movie goer, but I do realize that I'm gonna have to start for the kids.

I took my son to see it. He loved it! It's worth your while, your penny. I would suggest that you hold your daughter first, don't just sit her next to you cause that might be too much for her. My son was like that so I held him.

  3. Its a great movie!!! So it won't be so scary for your daughter you should bring like 1 or 2 of her fav. toys.

  4. It may be too early to take your daughter to the movies, only because she's two. I still say just give a shot because every kid is different. I think if she gets scared you should leave right away tho.

@some mothers do the dumbest things Actually I took my two year old to the movie... just wondering if that makes me dumb, especially since she loved it. To answer your ? Tecolia your daughter might actually not have a problem with it at all. I know when I first took my daughter I thought the same thing as you but she just loved it! So I suggest you just have a little talk with your daughter time in dvance and also on the way to the movies and tell her what your going to do. You'll be fine. Good Luck;)
