Whether you are a working, stay at home mom, or whatever may be the case eating healthy can be a bit of a challenge! We tend to just do things the easy way by getting something from the fast food restaurants, vending machines etc., but it doesn’t have to be that way. Or if your like me and you have a sweet tooth, your choice is most likely going to go in the wrong direction. However I have found ways to conquer my sweet tooth by either snacking on healthy cereal, strawberries, or different types of fruit.
