Goodmorning everyone! Today we are going to start off with tip number 3!
I chose to put calming baths on the list as I feel this is a very effective way to calming down your baby at the end of the day. Giving your child a calming bath not only relaxes them but puts most children to sleep right after their bath! I usually switch up with three different products that I have found to be very helpful. The Huggies Lavender Calming Bath Cloths, which are disposable, the Johnson & Johnson night time calming bar of soap, and last but not least the Aveeno Calming Body Wash. Parents Aveeno also has that for the adults as well, and it works just great!
